【Important Announcement】Our Long-Awaited 4:00 PM Opening Is Finally Here! Starting June 1, 2026

We have an important announcement for all of you.

Starting from June 1, 2026, our opening time will change to 16:00.

Our Longstanding Challenge: Earlier Opening Hours

In fact, starting business at 16:00 has been something we have long hoped to achieve. However, due to the serious challenge of staff shortages, we were unable to make this change until now. We fully understood that keeping our opening time at 17:00 caused inconvenience for customers who preferred an early dinner or had evening plans.

“We wish you would open earlier”

We have received many such requests and have long wanted to make it happen.

We Want More Customers to Enjoy Our Restaurant

Since opening in March 2009, we have continued to serve carefully selected A5-grade premium Ishigaki beef sourced from weekly auctions. We take great pride in hearing customers say, “The sweetness and richness are completely different from other Ishigaki beef.”

We want more customers to enjoy this delicious experience at more convenient times. This desire has been the driving force behind this change. Through strengthening our team and improving our operations,

we are finally able to open at our long-awaited time of 16:00.

New Ways to Enjoy Your Time

With our new 16:00 opening time, you will have more flexibility in how you spend your time in Ishigaki.

After enjoying your afternoon sightseeing, you can visit us a bit earlier to savor Ishigaki beef, and then head out to enjoy the nightlife. Or you can relax and enjoy yakiniku in a calm, sunset atmosphere. These new ways of dining will now be possible.

Of course, evening visits as usual are also very welcome. You can relax comfortably in our sunken seating area, so please make a reservation at your preferred time.

About Reservations

Our new business hours will be 16:00–22:30 (Last order 21:30, drinks last order 22:00).

Reservations are available 24 hours via our website or LINE as usual. We expect higher demand during tourist seasons and weekends, so we recommend booking early.
